House and Garden

Inside, the home is bright, warm, and designed with comfort in mind. There’s plenty of room to unwind after a day of exploring — whether that’s relaxing with the kids, enjoying a family meal, or planning the next day’s walk.

The house comfortably sleeps up to six guests across three thoughtfully arranged bedrooms, making it ideal for families or small groups.

A well equipped kitchen to ensure all meals can be prepared with minimal stress at the end of the day.

There are one double bedroom and two twin bedrooms with two single beds, giving flexible sleeping options for adults and children alike.

The double bedroom has an en suite shower room, and there is a family full bathroom as well as a guest lavatory off the hall.

Outside – The Garden

Outside, the sloping private garden has a terrace just outside the house, interconnected terraced lawns, walways and a pergola. There’s a small formal garden, but mostly it’s informally planted with perennials and various shrubs, including heather, rhododendron, camellia, photinia, myrtle, ginko and — when the deer leave it alone — azalea.

With commanding views over the Wye Valley, the garden offers a safe and peaceful space for children to play and for adults to relax. Enjoy breakfast in the fresh air, let little ones burn off energy, or unwind in the evening while taking in the calming rural views. There’s plenty of space for hiking gear, pushchairs, and outdoor equipment.

Other things to note

There are steps down to the property. The drive is quite steep with a tight turning area. Up to three cars can be parked here. Please be advised that you may need to reverse uphill if three cars are parked here
